Return Window

· We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

· An uncut and unpaused unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package.

· The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

· You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

· Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

· Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

· Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

· Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

· Returns will not be accepted for:

o Slight color variations (as they may occur due to photography or screen settings).

o Products returned due to personal preference (liking/disliking).

o Sale items or gift cards.

o Products that are customized or made as per personal preferences (including size alterations, design modifications, or any special requests).

o Partial COD booking amounts. In case a parcel is refused, not accepted, or marked undelivered due to customer unavailability or rejection, the advance amount paid for Partial COD orders will not be refunded.

Exchanges

· The quickest way to exchange is to return the item (if eligible). Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

· Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

· If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

· Please note: Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

· If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at tnaikacollection@gmail.com.
