Shipping policy

1. Shipping and Delivery Options

·       Domestic Shipping

o   Standard shipping (7–9 business days) based on weight and location.

o   Local delivery within 2 km from store location is free.

o   Free local pickup available.

·       International Shipping

o   International orders are accepted.

o   Customs duties, import taxes, and courier charges will vary based on destination and weight.

o   These charges are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

2. Processing Time

·       Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

·       Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. Cancellations

·       Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

·       After processing begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

·       To request a cancellation, please contact us within the given timeline.

4. Returns

·       Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the order.

·       Please read our detailed Return & Refund Policy.

5. Delayed Orders

·       If processing is delayed, customers have the right to cancel the order for a full refund.

·       Shipping carrier delays are beyond the seller’s control.

·       For delayed shipments, please contact the shipping carrier directly for order status.

6. Damaged Orders

·       Tnaika™ is not responsible for damaged or lost products after the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

·       If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

·       Domestic shipping is available PAN India, except to Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

·       International shipping is available to select locations (subject to customs regulations).
